Incident Response Consultant - Saudi Arabia (Riyadh based, Hybrid)

We are working with a globally established cybersecurity technology vendor supporting major enterprise and government organisations across Saudi Arabia.

They are hiring an Incident Response Consultant to work directly with customers on incident readiness, response strategy, and post-incident improvement. This is a consulting and advisory role focused on helping organisations strengthen their response capability, optimise processes, and get maximum value from their security platform.

This is a customer-facing consultant position working with senior stakeholders across complex enterprise environments.

• Advising enterprise customers on incident response strategy, processes, and operational maturity
• Supporting organisations during and after security incidents with structured guidance and expertise
• Leading incident response planning, readiness assessments, and playbook development
• Delivering post-incident reviews and recommendations to improve security posture
• Acting as a trusted advisor to security leadership and technical teams
• Supporting customers in adopting and optimising the vendor’s security platform within their response workflows
• Delivering workshops, knowledge transfer, and best practice guidance

• Strong experience in Incident Response within enterprise or consulting environments
• Background in cybersecurity consulting, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles
• Solid understanding of SOC operations, detection engineering, and response frameworks
• Experience working with SIEM, XDR, NDR, or related technologies
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working closely with enterprise and government organisations in Saudi Arabia
• Strategic advisory role with major enterprise and government clients
• High-visibility work across critical infrastructure environments
