Aboutthe Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in banking and testing delivery governance
. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience
, including 5+ years in the banking domain
, and will be responsible for managing testing‑related demand, driving portfolio governance, and ensuring that all initiatives carry clear scope, value, and resource planning. Arabic‑speaking candidates are preferred, though English speakers will also be considered.
- Capture, assess, and prioritize testing‑related demand across the portfolio.
- Manage and govern the demand portfolio
, including reporting, status tracking, and prioritization. - Ensure every demand item has clearly defined scope
, value
, outcomes
, and resource needs
. - Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and expectation management.
- Communicate effectively across technical and business teams to ensure smooth delivery planning.
- Support demand evaluation, forecasting, and decision‑making processes.
- Act as the coordination point between business units, testing teams, and delivery leadership.
- 10+ years of professional experience in delivery management, demand management, or project management.
- 5+ years banking experience working with digital, technology, or testing functions.
- Testing experience is a must; demand assessment must include QA/testing scope evaluation.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management
, demand governance, and reporting processes. - Excellent business collaboration
, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to define scope, value, and resource requirements clearly and accurately.
- Preferred:
Arabic‑speaking
