Director of Information Technology

We are seeking an IT Director to lead the organization’s technology strategy, IT operations, and digital enablement agenda.

Reporting directly to the Chief Shared Services Officer, this role ensures IT capabilities are fully aligned with business objectives, while delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions that support growth and operational excellence.

• Lead the development and execution of the enterprise IT strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Assess IT effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across systems and services.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Define IT KPIs, monitor performance, and drive service excellence.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and end-user services.
• Ensure data security, access management, backups, and system availability.
• Lead incident management, service request processes, and operational stability.
• Manage IT budgets, assets, and vendor relationships.
• Lead development and implementation of business applications and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP).
• Oversee application delivery, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure database, system integration, and application reliability.
• Resolve system and application issues with minimal business disruption.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, and service management.
• Experience with in the Real Estate sector and GCC environment is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred).
