Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Monitoring & Operations Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing the continuous monitoring and operational management of our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing 24/7 support, ensuring seamless operations around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the organization’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure on-site to ensure high availability and performance.  - Respond promptly to system alerts, incidents, and outages, providing effective troubleshooting and resolution.  - Maintain and update monitoring tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into system health.  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and security measures.  - Document operational procedures, incident reports, and system configurations accurately.  

- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support coverage.  - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for security and data protection.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.  - Proven experience in IT monitoring, system administration, or operations engineering.  - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and monitoring tools.  - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.  - Availability to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.  - Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
