Müller’s Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Now System Administrator to maintain our Service Now platform and ensure its optimal performance. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting the Service Now environment, along with ensuring that the platform meets user and business requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain all aspects of the Service Now platform, including system configuration, module updates, and user management.
- Support platform upgrades and new implementations, working closely with stakeholders to assess needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, administration processes, and user guides.
- Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
- Stay informed about Service Now updates and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Now Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Service Now module administration, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
- Familiarity with Service Now tools and technologies, including workflows, business rules, and script includes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills, being able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Service Now Administrator Certification or related certifications.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and framework.
- Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages relevant to Service Now customization.
