This is a critical role within our IT team, requiring direct access to Azure environments and Fortinet firewalls. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in L3 Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and troubleshoot complex issues in Azure environments.
- Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls.
- Provide expert‑level support to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure system reliability and security.
- Minimum 5 years of L3 Technical Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and Fortinet technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
