Provide advanced support for hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, firewalls, and storage systems.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, upgrades, and security solutions.
Ensure system backups, disaster recovery, and data protection procedures are effective and up-to-date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and deliver optimal technical solutions.
Supervise or mentor junior IT staff, providing technical guidance and best practices.
Manage system documentation, configurations, and IT asset inventories.
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects across multiple departments.
Enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, GDPR, NIST, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, licensing, and support of hardware and software.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in IT support, system/network administration, or infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V).
Experience in cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
Experience in scripting or automation (e.g., Power Shell, Python) is a plus.
IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, or similar are preferred.
