Exe Qut is seeking a skilled RFPs Specialist with expertise in Request For Proposal (RFP) writing and technical requirements gathering. This mid-level role focuses on creating comprehensive and compelling proposals in the fields of data management and technology. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in RFP writing, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to gather and analyze technical requirements.

This position requires a blend of writing expertise, technical understanding, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that meet client needs.

• Develop, write, and edit RFPs for data management and technology projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that proposals address client challenges and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including timelines, content development, reviews, and submission.
• Conduct research on client industries and projects to tailor proposals effectively.
• Ensure compliance with RFP guidelines, client specifications, and internal quality standards.
• Support the business development team in proposal presentations and responses to client queries.

Technical

Skills:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in RFP writing, specifically in data management or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and compelling proposals.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools.
