Director- Data Analytics; CDU

Overview

The Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Data Analytics. The Director - Data Analytics is a quantitative leader responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into clear dashboards, insights, and decision-ready intelligence. This high-level role will require a visionary leader who can leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, enhance operational effectiveness, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytical frameworks, data governance structures, and reporting mechanisms that align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.

• Design and own executive dashboards covering cost, budgets, workforce plans, and performance KPIs
• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and actionable insights
• Drive data storytelling to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
• Lead cash flow analytics, forecasting, and scenario modeling across projects
• Develop workforce plans, productivity analytics, and resource demand models
• Analyze budgets, costs, and financial performance to support decision-making
• Act as the go-to expert for quantitative analysis, modeling, and performance measurement
• Deliver what-if analysis, sensitivity analysis, and forward-looking insights
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for decisions
• Leverage BI and visualization tools to deliver automated, intuitive dashboards
• Partner with Finance and key teams to enhance data models and reporting structures
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and development for data analytics teams

Head of CDU Finance and Commercial

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field;
  Ph.D. is a plus
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in data analytics, including significant leadership experience in a managerial capacity
• Proven expertise in advanced analytics techniques, statistical modeling, and data mining tools
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, and programming languages such as Python or R
• Deep understanding of data governance principles, data management practices, and metadata management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly
• Experience working in the real estate, entertainment, or tourism sectors is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
