Developsexpertiseandpracticalknowledgeofapplicationwithinbusinessenvironment.
Provideshelpdeskanalystswithfeedbackoncallmaintenance,customerupdates, troubleshooting steps
Completefollow-onactionsasappropriateandinvoke
