hy this role matters:As a Client Delivery Specialist, you will be the on‑site representative of Lucidya at our clients’ offices, responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of assigned client projects. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal Lucidya teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
This is a hands‑on, project‑based role (1 year) where you will be embedded with a specific customer (on‑site at their office), overseeing day‑to‑day coordination, tracking progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that all project outcomes and deliverables are delivered as agreed. You will play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with clients and ensuring high‑quality delivery across all assigned projects.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned client projects, from kickoff through final handover.
- Act as the on‑site Lucidya representative at the client office, managing day‑to‑day coordination and execution.
- Build, track, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead project implementation activities for Lucidya’s SaaS solutions in alignment with agreed scope.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support) to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address challenges.
- Manage client communication, updates, escalations, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of all project outcomes and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and handover materials.
- Contribute to improving project delivery processes and best practices.
- You’ve worked directly with customers in project‑based or operational roles
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or a related field (Project Management certifications such as PMP are a big plus)
- Communication is one of your strong suits, you’re also able to effectively manage stakeholders of different cultures and seniorities
- You pride yourself on your time‑management skills and can juggle multiple priorities effectively
- You thrive in fast paced environments and are highly adaptable to changing priorities
- You’re an excellent communicator, and are comfortable speaking in both Arabic & English
