Role Overview :We are looking for a GTT Activation Specialist to drive the successful activation, rollout, and adoption of product features across the organization.
This is a product-linked, commercially driven execution role, focused on ensuring new product capabilities are operationally ready, adopted by internal teams, and delivering measurable business value post-launch.
The role does not own the product roadmap instead, it ensures that what is built is successfully launched, used, and monetized.
You will act as a cross-functional facilitator, working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance, PMO, and Customer Success to turn product releases into real commercial and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Product Activation & Rollout- Own end-to-end activation planning for product features, from readiness through go-live
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage dependencies across multiple teams
- Drive launch readiness including processes, documentation, workflows, and internal enablement
- Support pilots, phased rollouts, and controlled launches where required
- Ensure internal teams are fully prepared to support and operate new features post-launch
- Partner with relevant teams to define usage flows, escalation paths, and operating playbooks
- Monitor early adoption signals and coordinate corrective actions when required
- Define success metrics in collaboration with Product, Finance, Commercial, and Analytics teams
- Track adoption, usage, and commercial impact against agreed baselines
- Produce regular activation, adoption, and value-realization updates for key stakeholders
- Ensure feature launches translate into tangible outcomes such as revenue uplift, efficiency gains, or operational improvements
- Facilitate activation cadences, checkpoints, and post-launch reviews
- Ensure decisions, risks, actions, and dependencies are documented and followed through
- Proactively surface and elevate risks or misalignment that could impact activation outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- GTM programs
- Product enablement
- Product operations
- Implementation or cross-functional delivery roles in a tech or SaaS environment
- Proven experience coordinating work across multiple teams without direct authority
- Strong organizational, execution, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs related to adoption, usage, or commercial performance
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline
