As part of our growth, we are looking for a Data Security & Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Specialist to join our Riyadh office and support the delivery of data protection and governance initiatives for our clients.

The Senior Data Security & DLP Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data protection solutions. The role focuses on preventing data leakage, enforcing data classification and digital rights management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks across customer environments.

This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with strong hands-on experience in data security technologies and governance who is eager to work on complex, high-impact projects within regulated environments.

• Design, implement, and manage data protection solutions, including DLP, data classification, and digital rights management.
• Deploy and support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Data Classification solutions (preferably Forcepoint).
• Implement and support Digital Rights Management (DRM) solutions (preferably Seal Path).
• Maintain and manage digital asset inventories and data discovery processes.
• Analyze, design, and implement data protection and data classification policies.
• Classify data based on sensitivity, business requirements, and compliance regulations.
• Support data protection across email systems, file sharing platforms, internal networks, and Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint.
• Provide technical support and conduct end-user training during and after implementation.
• Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
• Support compliance initiatives aligned with NCA, SAMA CSF, PDPL, and ISO 27001.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and managing data protection solutions.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) (preferably Forcepoint)
  • Data Classification (preferably Forcepoint)
  • Digital Rights Management (DRM) (preferably Seal Path)
  • Digital asset inventory and data governance
• Strong understanding of data exchange and sharing across enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including NCA, SAMA CSF, PDPL, and ISO 27001.
• Previous experience in the government sector is preferred.
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
