Responsibilities
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules
- Configure CRM modules: accounts, contacts, cases, leads, opportunities, activities, queues, SLAs, BPFs
- Manage and govern case management framework, feedback workflows, surveys, golden record matching rules, and DGM guest lifecycle
- Lead workshops, requirement initiation, validation, and process mapping with Operations, Marketing, B2B Sales, Real Estate, and Contact Center teams
- Coordinate with Technical Lead on solution feasibility, design, and functional-to-technical translation.
- Lead end-user demos, training, UAT planning, defect validation, and sign-off
- Maintain functional documentation, CR logs, configuration guides, and training material
- 7–12 years experience as a Dynamics CRM functional consultant / lead
- Strong understanding of B2C, B2B and Real Estate business processes
- Expertise in case management, service management, lead-to-cash, and customer experience journeys
- Experience with omnichannel support, marketing integrations, and external systems
- Super Excellent client-facing communication and requirements management skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic
