Overview
The Cloud Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of cloud solutions and services, including public cloud, hybrid/multi-cloud, cloud migration, managed services, Fin Ops, and cloud-native platforms.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic sales leadership, enterprise relationship management, and technical fluency, enabling the manager to engage confidently with CIOs, CTOs, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
The Cloud Sales Manager will own the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline development and solution positioning to contract negotiation and closure—while working closely with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver assigned revenue targets for cloud products and services.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across enterprise and government accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities related to:
- Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Cloud migration and modernization
- Managed cloud services
- Fin Ops and cost optimization
- Cloud security and compliance
- Drive deal strategy, pricing, and commercial structuring to maximize margin and long-term value.
- Develop strong executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, and Procurement leaders.
- Understand customer business objectives and translate them into value-driven cloud solutions.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
