Reef Company is looking for a highly motivated Digital Governance Specialist to join our team and contribute to driving the company’s digital transformation through effective policies, frameworks, and strong governance practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain digital governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the company’s strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor digital risks and support mitigation plans.
- Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure compliance and quality.
- Track and report the performance of digital platforms and services.
- Support digital maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance principles.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO standards is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
