Senior Product Manager - 6 Months Contract (can go perm) - Riyadh Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of complex digital products within large-scale transformation programmes. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and design and technology leaders to shape products that deliver measurable business value and exceptional customer outcomes.

• Own and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for one or more digital products
• Partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define clear goals, outcomes, and value propositions
• Lead discovery activities, including user research, journey mapping, ideation workshops, and validation exercises
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, prioritised product roadmaps and feature backlogs
• Build and present business cases, success metrics, and KPIs to senior stakeholders
• Act as the voice of the customer across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring customer-centric decision-making
• Apply Agile and Lean product management practices to deliver value through regular, incremental releases
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leaders to align product priorities with technical enablers
• Support programme-level planning cycles and ensure alignment across related products and initiatives
• Monitor performance against defined outcomes and continuously refine product direction based on data and insights
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing without formal authority
• Lead, coach, and mentor product team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning

• Strong background in digital product management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles
• Proven experience taking digital products from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams including design, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Experience contributing to or leading programme-level planning and delivery cycles
• Strong facilitation skills, including running workshops and alignment sessions
• Ability to define and track financials, ROI, KPIs, and outcome-based metrics
• Confidently engaging with senior leaders and guiding decision-making through insight and influence
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive adoption of new ways of working
• Agile or product management certifications (e.g., SAFe, Agile Product Management)
• Experience working on large-scale digital or business transformation initiatives
