Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support data science and AI/ML solutions to enable data-driven decision‑making.
- Perform data preparation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and statistical modeling.
- Develop and evaluate machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering).
- Support the end‑to‑end AI/ML lifecycle from data ingestion through model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Present insights, model outcomes, and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Min. 7 Yrs experience in data science, AI, or advanced analytics roles
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Num Py, Sci Py, Scikit-learn) and/or R
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Familiarity with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop) is an advantage
- Awareness of AI governance, IT, and enterprise frameworks such as
- ISO 20000, ISO 2700
- ITIL 4, Dev Ops, Agile SDL
- CTOGAF, NOR
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
