ServPoint is expanding its leadership team and looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager with deep expertise in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Saudi regulatory frameworks. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who understands the Kingdom’s digital landscape and can build strong, strategic relationships across vendors, distributors, and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities- Lead and grow sales across IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and technology partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and executive‑level presentations.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution positioning.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT and cybersecurity sectors.
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulations, including SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and NCA, Fintech regulatory requirements, and DGA and other frameworks and regulations.
- Established network with vendors, distributors, and technology providers in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellentळी communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for decision‑makers.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong strategic account management capabilities with enterprise clients.
