Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional who can efficiently manage the dual role of Scrum Master and Product Owner for a high‑stakes project. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile methodologies, technical documentation, and product lifecycle management. The engagement will require full‑time, on‑premises availability for a duration of 6 to 12 months.

• Serve as the Product Owner, gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining user stories, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Drive the team toward project goals while managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor and manage sprint backlogs, product backlogs and release plans.

• 1. Scrum Master Expertise: Proven experience in leading Agile teams and processes.
• 2. Product Ownership:
  Hands‑on experience in defining product roadmaps and managing backlogs.
• 3. Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation for development teams and stakeholders.

• 1. Knowledge of .NET technologies for effective technical discussions.
• 2. Familiarity with API integrations and understanding of their workflows.
• 3. Negotiation skills to align diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• 4. Prior experience in the finance or banking industry will be a strong advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner role.
