Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions in financial services, with a focus on core banking transformation
. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing both onshore and offshore teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee delivery of complex technology solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams
, ensuring collaboration, productivity, and alignment with project goals. - Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of core banking and digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation; ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
- Drive adherence to delivery best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to provide clear project updates.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution planning, and scoping.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and financial services best practices to guide project delivery strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or delivery management, with at least 3 years in core banking transformation projects.
- Proven experience managing onshore and offshore teams in complex, multi-location projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud-native technologies, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex project landscapes.
