Oracle Primavera Unifier Senior Consultant

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle implementation, ongoing support, and continuous enhancement of Oracle Unifier, ensuring seamless integration with Primavera EPPM and other enterprise applications. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Project Controls to align business requirements with system capabilities, particularly in the EPC industry.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Unifier, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.

• Collaborate with business users and internal teams to capture, validate, and implement requirements.

• Configure and manage Unifier modules such as Cost Management, Schedule Management, Contract Management, Project Controls, Workflows, Reporting, and Document Management.

• Ensure seamless integration with Primavera P6/EPPM, Aconex, Candy, BIM, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications.

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements as part of continuous improvement.

• Conduct testing, user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.

• Develop custom reports and dashboards in Unifier.

• Align implementations with industry best practices, project governance frameworks, and organizational standards.

  Qualification:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Other Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of EPC project life cycles and project controls.

  • Hands‑on expertise in Unifier workflows, cost and contract management, reporting, and dashboards.

  • Experience integrating with Aconex, Candy, and Oracle ERP is desirable.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM.

• Proven track record of 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Unifier implementations in the EPC / Construction industry.
