Job Description – SAP ERP Partner / Associate Partner
Location: Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking a senior leader to join our client as a Partner / Associate Partner, with responsibility for driving growth, client impact, and practice development across technology-enabled business transformation initiatives.

Profile:

17–20 years of professional experience, with significant tenure in top-tier consulting environments.

At least 10 years’ experience in technology-enabled consulting.

Strong academic background (Engineering + MBA preferred); professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech) are highly valued.

Prior exposure to the GCC market is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development, client relationship management, and delivery of complex, large-scale transformation programs.

Drive practice growth, including P&L ownership, sales, and strategic positioning in the market.

Advise senior executives (C-suite) on finance, operations, and digital transformation, ensuring alignment with client strategy and business outcomes.

Oversee and guide technology-enabled transformation programs (ERP, Data, Analytics, Emerging Tech) from strategy to execution.

Build and lead high-performing, diverse teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.

Represent the firm through thought leadership, market insights, and active participation in industry forums.

Capabilities:

Proven ability to deliver sustained business development results and manage multi-million-dollar engagements.

Strong track record in transformation leadership, covering strategy, design, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization.

Deep expertise in one or more domains: ERP, Data & Analytics, Finance Transformation, or Emerging Technologies.

Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
