Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong MS Dynamics CRM implementation experience in Banking
, to lead end‑to‑end CRM delivery programs within a regulated financial services environment in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience
, strong stakeholder management skills, proven expertise in leading CRM implementation projects in banks, and familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery models. This role requires hands‑on experience in driving project governance, vendor coordination, delivery execution, and ensuring successful CRM adoption across business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of MS Dynamics CRM implementation projects within banking environment, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality compliance.
  • Own overall CRM project governance including status reporting, RAID management, escalation handling, and milestone tracking.
  • Manage multi‑stakeholder engagement with banking business units, IT teams, compliance, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
  • Work with CRM functional and technical teams to gather requirements, finalize solution design, and ensure aligned execution.
  • Drive Agile / Hybrid delivery model including sprint planning, backlog management, UAT coordination, and release planning.
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring deliverables are aligned with banking standards and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to banking compliance and security frameworks while implementing CRM solutions.
  • Ensure successful rollout, business adoption, training coordination, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resourcing challenges.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of total experience in Project Management / Program Delivery.
  • Strong experience managing CRM implementation projects within enterprise environments.
  • Proven hands‑on experience delivering MS Dynamics CRM projects (end‑to‑end).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong governance, reporting, and delivery tracking experience.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with compliance‑driven delivery needs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Must Have
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA) experience (client‑facing onsite delivery experience).
  • Banking / Financial Services experience (must be within a bank or banking programs).
  • MS Dynamics CRM implementation in banks (minimum 1–2 full implementation projects).
  • 10+ years overall experience in Project Delivery / Project Management.
  • PMP or Agile certification (PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
Nice to Have
  • Arabic language skills (Good to have – not mandatory).
  • Experience working with CRM integrations (core banking systems, middleware, APIs).
  • Exposure to CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Case Management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops.
  • Experience in banking customer journeys, digital onboarding, sales automation, customer servicing workflows.
