Senior Director of AI & Data

Senior Director of AI & Data – lead the organization’s end‑to‑end data and artificial intelligence capabilities and drive enterprise‑wide, data‑driven transformation.

In this executive leadership role, you will define the strategy, governance, and operating model for data and AI, ensuring that analytics and AI initiatives directly support business strategy, digital transformation, and measurable value creation. You will serve as the executive authority on data‑driven decision‑making and responsible AI, working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Set and own the enterprise vision for Data & AI strategy
  , governance, and execution.
• Lead and scale multidisciplinary teams across:
• Data Engineering
  :
  Designing and operating scalable, secure data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, streaming, and integrations).
• Data Analytics
  :
  Delivering actionable insights, executive dashboards, and advanced analytics to support strategic decision‑making.
• AI Engineering
  :
  Overseeing the development and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including MLOps and responsible AI practices.
• Ensure reliable, high‑quality data availability and performance across the organization.
• Drive the delivery of high‑impact data and AI initiatives from strategy through production.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into data‑driven outcomes.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, and/or AI, including senior leadership roles.
• Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise‑scale data and AI programs.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills across multidisciplinary teams.
