We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System Administrator/Second Line Support to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our internal office and call center operations in the KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT and technical issues faced by our customer support agents, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Provide first and second line support for our call center operations, assisting agents in resolving customers' technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues at the user level, including computers, access points, switches, and routers.
- Resolve issues related to Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Investigate and resolve internet telephony issues, including communication devices (headsets/phones) and internet connections.
- Pre-configure new computers for users and perform necessary installations at their workstations.
- Conduct an equipment inventory to ensure proper asset management.
- Proven experience in providing technical support in a big office, call center or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and experience in network design and configuration.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with internet telephony systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commercial experience with Active Directory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
