System Admin Operations

Overview

Design, implement, maintain enterprise level server and network infrastructure (Windows, Linux). Administrate: AD, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, GP, authenticate LDAP, SAML, Kerberos.

• Automate system provisioning and configuration management using Solar Winds, Manage Engine, etc.
• Monitor systems and networks performance over Solar Winds, etc.
• Harden systems and ensure compliance with Security policies, frameworks (CS, NIST, etc) audits.
• Lead incident response and Root Cause analysis for major infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops, security and software engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines and secure deployments.
• Document architecture, configuration, standard operating procedures.
• Patch management administrator using Manage Engine, SCCM.
• Directly reporting if any incident happened and take action.
• Backup administrator for Cohesity and Qstar for Tapes technology or any relevant.
• Have knowledge about MSSQL DBs or Oracle DBs or MySQL DBs.
• Have experience at least with one of the following: VMware, Nutanix.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in system administration in enterprise environments.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Windows Server / Azure Administrator Associate
• Red Hat (optional)
• VMware VCP or equivalent or Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Administrator
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• CompTIA Security+ at least
