Platform Delivery Manager

A large and well-established organization operating within a complex technology environment, providing advanced digital and infrastructure services to a diverse customer base. The company is seeking a Platform Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end platform delivery and ensure service excellence across a key strategic account.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of platform services for a major account, acting as the primary point of contact for operational activities.
• Coordinate across multiple infrastructure domains to ensure integrated, reliable, and efficient platform operations.
• Oversee platform performance, ensuring adherence to service levels, operational standards, and governance frameworks.
• Drive platform-related change initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and optimization programs.
• Manage resource and capacity planning to support ongoing operations and future growth.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships through regular engagement, reporting, and alignment with business and operational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with extensive experience in infrastructure or platform management.
• Proven leadership experience managing platform operations within complex or high availability environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure domains, including compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud concepts.
• Solid knowledge of operational methodologies such as ITIL/ITSM, including service levels, change management, and incident processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Professional certifications in infrastructure, cloud, or service management are advantageous.
