A Master Data Management (MDM) Senior Consultant plays a crucial role in helping organizations manage their critical data assets effectively. The responsibilities of an MDM Senior Consultant encompass the following:

• Evaluate the organization's current data management practices and MDM maturity level.
• Define MDM objectives and develop a strategic roadmap to achieve them.
• Define data stewardship roles and responsibilities.
• Design and implement data models that define how master data entities are structured and related to other data.
• Ensure data models align with business requirements and support MDM goals.
• Work effectively with Data Quality and Data Integration to maintain a smooth ingestion/cleansing of source systems' data through its journey to MDM.
• Maintain documentation related to MDM processes, data models, and policies.
• Generate reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of MDM efforts and communicate results to stakeholders.

• 5‑7 years experience.
• SQL complex querying proficiency.
• Data warehouse concepts knowledge.
• ETL knowledge with hands‑on experience on at least one ETL tool (preferred Informatica Power Center).
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving skills to address data‑related challenges and make data‑driven decisions.
• Awareness of data management principles (DAMA certification is a big plus).
• Awareness of MDM principles and tools (experience with Informatica MDM is a very big plus).
• Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge about Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of data quality dimensions and tools (experience with Informatica Data Quality is a plus).
• Good knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, shell, etc.).
• Experience in translating business requirements into data management solutions.

Fluency in Arabic & English is highly desirable
