A senior enterprise role responsible for shaping and leading monitoring and observability across critical systems in a highly structured, regulated environment. This position sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and senior stakeholder engagement, with real ownership and visibility.
What You’ll Do- Own enterprise monitoring and observability strategy
- Lead and mentor L1/L2 monitoring teams
- Drive improvements across event correlation, alerting, and RCA
- Partner with architects, Dev Ops, and application teams
- Present service health and monitoring insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with ITIL, SLAs, and audit requirements
- 7+ years in IT monitoring / operations / observability
- Strong experience with Dynatrace, OBM (Operations Bridge), Solar Winds
- Leadership experience in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Experience in regulated environments (banking a plus)
