Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales support and analysis to the sales team for all presales requirements.
  • Assist the Sales Team in requirement gathering and attend meetings with clients to deliver solutions.
  • Deliver AI, Computer Vision, and GenAI solutions.
  • Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM), Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Technical & Commercial Proposals.
  • Produce outputs such as Technical & Commercial Proposals, Executive Summaries, Demonstrations, and Effort estimates.
  • Develop costing sheets and Executive Summaries.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs during the sales cycle.
  • Support the sales team in preparing scope of work and estimating the required budget for clients to publish RFPs.
  • Present remotely to customers using virtual technologies (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Assist the sales team in upselling and identifying new opportunities through analysis.
  • Support the bidding team in tender qualification and analysis.
  • Validate inputs from the technical team when building proposals.
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables for new opportunities.
  • Handover successful opportunities to the project team and provide support as needed.
  • Conduct market research to find solutions to consumer requirements and communicate with vendors if necessary.
  • Collaborate with vendors.
  • Review technical and commercial proposals alongside the costing sheet with the direct manager.

    • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical research skills.
  • Experience in technical proposal writing.
  • Knowledge of AI (Computer Vision, Generative AI, Speech-to-Text).
  • Understanding of IaaS and infrastructure requirements.
  • Knowledge of IoT.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
