Data Strategist

Müller's Solutions is looking for a Data Strategist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. Your focus will be on maximizing the value of data assets and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a Data Strategist, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that data initiatives support the overall business strategy and deliver actionable insights.

• Develop comprehensive data strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to enhance business performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform data strategy development.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business intelligence.
• Oversee the implementation and execution of data-driven projects and programs.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data collection, storage, and analysis.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in data strategy and analytics.
• Train and educate stakeholders on the importance of data strategy and analytics in driving business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Strategist, Data Architect , or similar role.
• AT least 10 years experience in Data Stratefy, architecture, management.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and data management principles.
• Experience with database management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data strategy and analytics.
• Experience in developing and implementing data governance practices is a plus.
