Role DescriptionA strong Oracle Architect‑level resource is required for a three‑month rolling onsite engagement in Riyadh, focused on Chart of Accounts (CoA) rationalization, redesign, and unification. The expert will lead workshops, gather business requirements, drive design, and provide advanced integration and implementation in a complex, multi‑vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate requirement gathering and design workshops with client stakeholders and multiple vendors.
- Drive end‑to‑end CoA redesign, rationalization, and unification across diverse Oracle environments (R12 & Fusion).
- Analyze, document, and resolve impacted areas, propose actionable solutions, and manage change control.
- Provide strategic inputs that add unique value to the customer, identifying venues for extended value and new business opportunities.
- Ensure seamless integration with other business systems/processes and oversee technical solution delivery in a fast‑paced setting.
- Develop supporting documentation, manage design signoff, and support all project phases from concept to deployment.
- Minimum 13+ years experience in Oracle Finance implementations with proven expertise in CoA structure redesign, unification, and Oracle R12/Fusion program leadership.
- Deep understanding of systems integration, data migration, cross‑module dependencies, and complex solution architectures involving multiple parties and technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and negotiation in multi‑vendor, multicultural environments.
- Proven record of proactively driving business value and identifying upselling opportunities within client organizations.
- Ability to clearly identify, document, and communicate impacted processes and ensure business alignment at all project stages.
Duration: 3 months, rolling extension based on client need and performance.
