IT Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven IT Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our E-commerce platform. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring we deliver high-value features that enhance user experience and drive revenue.

• Define the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and e-commerce trends.
• Lead the product development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Enhance the customer journey (search, checkout, payment integration, and post-purchase) to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI designers, marketing, and senior management to ensure alignment.
• Use KPIs and analytics tools to monitor product performance and make data-backed decisions.

• 3+ years of experience in IT Product Management, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

• Familiarity with web/mobile technologies.
• Experience with APIs and e-commerce platforms.

• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership and excellent communication skills.
