Responsibilities
- Lead a team of business analysts in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
- Ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Oversee requirements lifecycle management and alignment with project goals
- BSc. in Computer Science, Networks, Communications, Electronics, or Programming
- 12+ Yrs of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience in requirements engineering, use case modeling, and process mapping
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Awareness of and exposure to:
- ISO 20000
- ISO 27000
- ITIL 4
- Dev Ops
- Agile SDLC
- Mid-Senior level
- Full-time

- Information and Media
