We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with 8+ years of experience and a strong financial services background to define, own, and execute a hybrid cloud strategy for a large, regulated organization in Riyadh.

This role is hands‑on and strategic
, requiring deep expertise across on‑premise infrastructure, VMware virtualization, enterprise networking, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will lead secure, compliant on‑prem to cloud migrations
, operate in audit‑driven environments
, and act as a senior technical authority for infrastructure and cloud decisions.

• Hybrid Cloud Architecture & Strategy – Define and own the hybrid cloud architecture (on‑prem + GCP). Design and implement secure cloud landing zones, including networking, IAM, and identity integration. Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• On‑Prem to Cloud Migration – Lead end‑to‑end on‑prem to cloud migrations in regulated environments. Own migration planning, execution, risk mitigation, and validation. Ensure minimal business disruption and strong post‑migration stability.
• Reliability, Security & Compliance – Ensure high availability, resilience, performance, and security of infrastructure platforms. Operate within financial services regulatory and audit requirements. Lead capacity planning, lifecycle management, patching, and upgrades.
• Automation & Modern Delivery – Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform. Support CI/CD pipelines and modern application delivery. Automate provisioning, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Technical Leadership – Act as senior technical authority for infrastructure and cloud decisions. Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams. Optimize cloud cost, performance, and reliability (Fin Ops mindset).

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure and cloud engineering experience.
• Mandatory experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech, capital markets).
• Proven ownership of on‑prem to cloud migrations in regulated environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with VMware virtualization platforms.
• Solid experience in enterprise networking and security.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working in audit‑driven, compliance‑heavy environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging platforms.
