Job Role Profile:

The Cybersecurity GRC Specialist supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) practices. The role focuses on aligning security policies, procedures, and controls with national cybersecurity authority requirements, applicable regulations, and international standards, while providing management with clear visibility into cybersecurity risks and compliance status.

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining cybersecurity policies and procedures in alignment with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) requirements.
• Support risk management and compliance activities in accordance with local regulations and international standards.
• Perform periodic reviews of cybersecurity policies
  , conducted annually or following significant organizational or operational changes.
• Support the preparation and delivery of periodic reports to executive management and the Board of Directors on critical cybersecurity risks and compliance status.
• Assist in the development and tracking of continuous improvement plans for cybersecurity governance and overall security maturity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure policies are communicated, understood, and effectively implemented.
• Support audit and assessment activities by providing required documentation and evidence.

Talent Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of NCA cybersecurity frameworks
  , policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience +5 years in cybersecurity.
