We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a GRC Service Now Consultant to take on the following responsibilities :
- Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Service Now GRC applications (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, etc.)
- Customize and integrate Service Now solutions in line with the client’s risk and compliance workflows
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure integration with other platforms and tools (internal and third-party)
- Define and apply technical best practices to ensure performance, security, and maintainability
- Support user training, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities
- Provide documentation and ensure alignment with governance and audit standards
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a GRC Service Now Consultant
- Senior GRC TC with at least 3 complete implementation cycles
Skills & Expertise:
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory;
Arabic is a plus.
Personal Qualities:
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
