Project Manager_Riyadh

Experience: experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus

Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate onsite project activities in Riyadh. The role requires leading project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
Financial services (Banking sector) exposure is preferred but not mandatory.

• Manage end-to-end project activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Track project performance and ensure alignment with budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Guide cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Maintain structured project documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Provide timely insights and updates to senior leadership.

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects within a structured environment.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project methodologies and planning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (Mckinsey, BCG, OW, Accenture...).
• Open to candidates from Saudi Arabia, GCC, Pakistan, and India.
