Descrição We are selecting high-level experts for a strategic international mission. Our client, a global leader in consulting and technology, is expanding its EMEA Telecom Engineering Center of Excellence (TEE). We are looking for an Infrastructure & Systems Administrator Senior Consultant to join a high-performance team on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a role for a technical leader who wants to manage complex transformation projects on a global scale.

• To troubleshoot intricate incidents within network infrastructures to restore optimal functionality and conduct root cause analysis;
• To manage complex environments with physical and virtual servers across both public and private clouds;
• To administer multivendor operating systems (Linux, Windows), including patching, backups, and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP);
• To operate virtualization environments using VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring high availability and storage optimization;
• To implement and maintain robust security measures, conducting regular audits and vulnerability assessments;
• To lead technical teams in the design and implementation of complex systems and networks;
• To mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence;
• To interface with global clients to understand their needs and present tailored technical solutions;
• To utilize scripting (Python) and automation tools to optimize datacenter operations;
• To provide on-call emergency response to ensure uninterrupted service for critical infrastructures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering field;
• Over 6 years of proven experience in systems administration or datacenter operations;
• Fluent spoken and written English (essential for client interaction and global collaboration);
• Expert knowledge of physical/virtual servers, infrastructure services (DNS, SNMP), and security hardening (Firewalls, EDR, IDS/IPS);
• Preferred certifications in Azure, AWS, MCSE, or CCNA Datacenter;
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff;
• Full availability to work on-site in Riyadh for a period of 6 to 9 months.
