Business Intelligence Engineer

Müller’s Solutions is on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Engineer with expertise in Qlik and Qlik Sense. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing BI solutions that provide strategic insights across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and create reports, dashboards, and analytical applications that enable data-driven decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik and Qlik Sense dashboards and reports that meet user requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for BI solutions.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights by extracting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources.
• Implement data models that support efficient querying and reporting.
• Optimize performance of existing dashboards and reports, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in BI technologies and Qlik tools.
• Provide training and support to users to enhance their understanding of BI tools and data literacy.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity, security, and proper governance protocols are maintained.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, specifically with Qlik and Qlik Sense.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting using Qlik tools.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction from relational databases.
• Proficient in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus.
