Full-Stack Technical Team Leader

Technical Leadership

• Lead and supervise a team of developers to ensure high-quality system implementation and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, and system performance.

• Oversee the implementation of company systems and ensure successful deployment across departments.
• Write clean, scalable code using PHP and JavaScript for system enhancements and integrations.
• Manage backend and frontend development tasks, including APIs, dashboards, and custom modules.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues in real-time.

• Collaborate with project managers to plan IT strategies, define timelines, and allocate team tasks.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance system performance and team efficiency.

• Assign tasks, set performance goals, and ensure proper workload distribution.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and act as the technical point of contact with stakeholders.
• Conduct technical interviews for new hires and contribute to building a strong tech team.

• Ensure comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and system testing.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for systems, updates, and integrations.
• Follow IT security protocols and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Team Leader or Senior Software Develop

• Expert proficiency in PHP (Laravel, Code Igniter, or similar frameworks).
• Strong experience in JavaScript (Node.js, Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks).
• Solid understanding of MySQL, APIs, RESTful services, and system architecture.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines is a plus.
• Ability to debug and optimize performance for both backend and frontend systems.
