Senior IT Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Network Specialist to lead and support the organization's network infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing network operations while coordinating closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or technical support.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory network role.
• Strong expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to coordinate with Infrastructure & Security, Applications Support, IT Service Desk, Warehouse & Operations teams, and external vendors/ISPs.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications:
  
  CCNA / CCNP, Network+, ITIL (Network Security fundamentals preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to support retail and warehouse operations.
