, we are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Riyadh.
As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems while supporting business operations and strategic technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure environments (servers, storage, virtualization)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
- Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure components
- Ensure infrastructure security, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects
- Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Manage vendors and service providers as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of server administration, virtualization, and storage technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid environments
- Understanding of infrastructure security and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Relevant certifications are a plus (such as Microsoft, VMware, AWS, or equivalent)
- Full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh
