DXC-Luxoft is currently supporting several German OEMs in building their next-generation battery-electric vehicle platforms. We help industrializing, integrating and testing the platform and functional software, especially during critical integration phases approaching start-of-production. • Project Planning
• Team Coordination
• Planning and monitoring test activities
• Resource Management
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
• Work with all involved parties (Stakeholder, PO, Developers etc.) to determine the appropriate software validation strategy
• Delivery reporting on a regular basis.

• Good experience in test management, with a strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
• Automotive Experience
• Knowledge in the Connectivity Domain
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and resources.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Test Rail).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Being dynamic and self-motivated
• Problem-solving mindset
• German C2 level

• ISTQB Foundation Level (e.g., ISTQB, Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
