Oversee configuration and administration of the Fan- platform. Ensure the CRM reliably supports fan engagement, operations, integrations, and reporting during live events and peak traffic.

• Administrate, develop and configure the CRM platform to support Fan- and operational needs.
• Manage CRM environments (production, staging, non-production).
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
• Maintain CRM data structures aligned with Fan- and integrations.
• Manage CRM user roles, security profiles, and access controls.
• Enforce role-based access control (RBAC) aligned with Fan- policies.
• Support authentication and identity integrations with IAM platforms.
• Support resolution of issues related to CRM availability, performance, and data consistency.
• Assist business teams with CRM data extraction and analysis.
• Configure and maintain CRM dashboards and reports.

• Proven experience as a CRM Administrator in production environments.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of CRM configuration,, and security models.
• Experience supporting CRM integrations via APIs and data connectors.
• Experience working with large user bases and high interaction volumes.
