ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server.
The SME will provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to our clients and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft‑related technical inquiries and issues.
- Provide expert‑level support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft solutions to meet client requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Microsoft technologies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server.
- Good proficiency in the English Language; excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Power Shell scripting and automation is a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure Stack Hub, Azure Stack HCI, Comm Vault backup solution, SQL Server deployment, and Exchange Server deployment.
- Experience with Azure Stack Hub.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and hybrid environments.
