• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for IT asset and infrastructure operations, aligning with business objectives and organizational goals.
• Lead and manage the operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networks, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee life cycle management processes for IT assets, including planning, acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and retirement to maximize value and efficiency.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for asset management and infrastructure operations that align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Monitor operational KPIs and develop executive dashboards to provide insights into asset performance, operational efficiency, and areas for improvement.
