Senior Specialist - IT Network

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist - IT Network to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's strategic objectives.

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of robust network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and reliability through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols to protect data and resources.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess network requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of network infrastructure to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for networks, including configurations, topologies, and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance and training to junior IT staff in best practices for network management.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT network engineering or administration.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, topologies, and security practices.
• Experience with network design, implementation, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
