The Manager – Enterprise Applications is responsible for leading, governing, and optimizing the organization’s business applications portfolio, ensuring all systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business objectives. The role partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure business applications—including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Success Factors, Service Now, DMS, and BI platforms—are effectively managed, continuously improved, and future‑ready.
This role oversees application governance, system enhancements, vendor management, integration strategy, and the overall performance and reliability of enterprise applications. It ensures that all enhancements, new systems, and technology decisions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and support strategic growth.
Application Governance & Management
- Manage and enhance the enterprise application portfolio, ensuring performance, stability, and alignment with business needs.
- Evaluate system capabilities and recommend upgrades, optimizations, or new solutions.
- Maintain documentation for requirements, changes, and configurat
- Lead D365 enhancements, configurations, and integrations across business functions.
- Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and adherence to best practices
- Work closely with business teams to translate needs into system solutions.
- Support process improvements and ensure changes align with organizational priorities
- Oversee external vendors, ensuring delivery quality and compliance with SLAs.
- Coordinate with global application teams where applicable
- Ensure smooth integrations between applications and data platforms (Power BI, Azure).
- Monitor data flow, system dependencies, and overall application interoperability
- Lead and mentor the applications team, ensuring strong performance and collaboration.
- Build internal capability for system support and developement
- Stay updated on technology trends and recommend innovative enhancements.
- Provide regular reports on system performance, project updates, and application roadmaps
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory).
- Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., D365, ITIL) are preferred
- 8+ years in application management, ideally in retail or multi-site environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
- Proven leadership and governance experience
- Knowledge of ERP, HRMS, and service management systems (D365, Success Factors, Service Now).
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data platforms (Power BI, Azure).
- Strong MS Office and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
